CARLA HIGHTOWER
I’m Carla Hightower, owner of Remodel 30A and a Florida General Contractor living and working along the 30A corridor.
My background spans construction, design, real estate, and property development, which gives me a unique perspective when approaching a home.
I don’t see a project as simply a construction job. I look at how the home will live, how the design will age, how the materials will perform, what decisions make financial sense, and how all of those pieces come together.
I’m personally involved with our clients and projects from the early vision and design decisions through construction and the finishing details.
Whether we’re transforming an existing coastal home, building something entirely new, or representing an owner through a complex construction project, my goal is the same:
